Bob is COO of Kids ‘R’ Kids International, headquartered in Duluth Georgia with 170 licensed child care Academes’ located in 16 states. During Bob’s career, he has held leadership positions with large corporations including Kraft Foodservice, Textron Financial, and Hallmark Cards, as well as franchisors in that of Great American Cookies, Franchise Concepts Inc., Alloy Wheel Repair Services, and Discovery Point Child Care. Bob has also consulted with several start-up and early stage franchisors and advised non-franchise companies on distribution strategies.

Fred Weir is President & CEO of Meadowbrook Restaurant Co. Inc. which owns and operates 9 franchised Zaxbys restaurants in Georgia and Arkansas. He is a third generation restaurant operator. Prior to becoming a franchisee for Zaxbys in 2004, Mr. Weir also owned Schlotzskys Deli franchises in Atlanta.
Mr. Weir attended The University of Georgia and The Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Mr. Weir currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Reinhardt University, the Board of Directors of Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and CASA, and The Military Affairs Committee for Little Rock Air Force Base.

Jerry Bell brings the experiences from his 40 year career in the Franchise Industry to lead ZeeWise as CEO. He spent 15 years with The Coca-Cola Company including service as an International Division VP. He also served as President, Far East for Campbell Soup, including their Godiva Chocolate Shops, and later spent 7 years at AFC Enterprises as a Chief Operating Officer creating the International Divisions for Cinnabon and Seattle’s Best Coffee which he grew to 400 franchised units in 30 countries. Jerry joined ZeeWise in 2005 first as an Investor, Senior Advisor and Board member and was later appointed CEO in 2006. Jerry received his B.S. degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University.
