Jon Jameson – Brand Strategy Expert

Jon Jameson has extensive experience with franchise concepts focusing on executive level brand development, marketing and operations experience. His knowledge and experience of what drives consumer loyalty and that connection back to the brand is truly the difference between mediocre brands and great brands. He has built and grown brands by emphasizing consumer relevancy, product quality, delivering memorable customer service, creating compelling communications, consumer research and building and expanding brands. His experience includes working with such great brands as Panera Bread, Marriott Hotels and Walgreens.

Susan Berry – Social Media Expert

Susan Deluzain Barry led hotel sales and marketing efforts for ten years, opening two hotels in three years before starting Hive Marketing in May 2009. Hive provides creative marketing strategy and tactical implementation for hotels and other businesses. Clients include Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Starwood, Poem Cellars, Passport Hotel Group, The Westin Verasa Napa, Dolce Hotels, FranNet, and Kidville. Susan is a frequent speaker on social media from why you need to be using it, to effective blogging and on line reviews.


  • Doors open at 7:30am for networking and breakfast.
  • Seminar begins at 8:00am and concludes at 11:30am with the start of the luncheon.

Breakfast will be included. This is a paid for event, $25 for current SEFF members and $50 for non members which includes attending the SEFF/Franchise Business Network luncheon at 11:30am.
