Amanda Witt is a Partner in Kilpatrick, Townsend’s Atlanta office on the Global Sourcing & Technology Team. Her practice focuses on the areas of global privacy, cybersecurity, breach response, cloud computing, electronic signatures, global procurement, intellectual property protection and transactions, software development, implementation and licensing. Along with having a master’s from a European university, her practice includes international software licensing, global privacy and foreign procurement of services. She has delivered presentations and published articles on cybersecurity, privacy, cloud computing, electronic signatures, security laws, outsourcing and media.
Ms. Witt earned her LL.M. in International Intellectual Property, magna cum laude, in 2004 from Catholic University at Leuven, Belgium. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2000 from Emory University School of Law in 2000. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in 1996 from the University of Florida, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

David has nearly 20 years of experience delivering successful IT related change at multinational organizations. He currently serves as the (i) U.S. Cyber Lead for the Life Sciences industry and (ii) U.S. Privacy Lead. His primary responsibilities include assisting clients with preparing for and implementing cyber and privacy strategies in order to meet and sustain customer, third party, and regulator expectations.
David was based in Switzerland for five years where he served as the global IT audit lead for Roche and Syngenta. Prior to KPMG, David was responsible for cyber security and incident management at an internet service provider.
