Ken Voelker
President and CEO Mighty Distributing Systems
Ken Voelker has served as President of Mighty Distributing System of America since 1992 and was appointed CEO in 2009. Prior to his role at Mighty, Ken was an Investment Officer with North Riverside Venture Group and a Director with Hayes Microcomputer Products. His work experience includes expatriate assignments in the Middle East and Europe.
Ken is a cum laude alumnus of Washington & Lee University and received a fellowship to the University of Alabama where he earned his MBA in 1980. He is an Advisor Emeritus of the Board of Advisors for the Williams School of Commerce, Economics and Politics at Washington & Lee. Ken currently serves as a Director of FRANAD, Mighty Distributing’s advertising cooperative, and the Southeast Franchise Forum.
Dave McDougall
President Backyard Burgers
David McDougall has over 30 years of food service experience in both quick and full service specializing in operations, training, franchising and international business. He is currently President of Backyard Burgers. Prior to this position, Dave was the Sr. Vice President of QSR Operations for NexCen Franchise Management, a multi brand franchise company based in Atlanta, GA.
He is a recipient of the prestigious Certified Franchise Executive designation (CFE) and is an active member of the International Franchise Association (IFA). In addition, he is a member of the board of advisors for the Professional Athlete Franchise Initiative established to advocate the value of the franchise industry to the professional athlete community while at the same time advocate the value of the athlete community to the franchising Industry.
Barry Falcon
CEO All American Decorative Concrete
Barry is the CEO of All American Decorative Concrete. Prior to joining All American Decorative Concrete, he was the President of ShelfGenie. Since November 2006, Barry has been the Managing Partner of Team Falcon, LLC in Marietta, Georgia. From April 2004 through November 2006, Team Falcon, LLC owned a Velocity Sports Performance franchise in Peachtree City, Georgia. From 1999 through 2004, Barry was an independent business advisor for Team Falcon, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia assisting companies throughout the United States.
