David Huch has been in the foodservice industry for over thirty years. His career began in 1983 as a sales associate with Bryan Foods in the Louisiana market. His experience includes manufactured sales to distribution Supply Chain leadership.
Huch’s focuses are Category Management and understanding the needs of customers in sourcing the right products, in the right condition and at the right price. Incorporating logistics and replenishment strategies has enabled him to thrive in executive level positions for a number of Independent Distribution companies.
Spencer has a strong sales and senior sales management background in the foodservice industry over the past 34 years. His career includes positions in sales management, national account sales, marketing and general management.
In his current position, Spencer is responsible for serving as the conduit and mentor between the Multi-Unit Group, its Members, its customers, as well as its key suppliers, to successfully increase Member participation and communications, thus increasing profitability and driving sales growth.
