Spencer Peterson is a 40 year veteran of the foodservice industry. Currently, Spencer is President of The Multi-Unit Group which is part of UniPro Foodservice, Inc., a $60B purchasing cooperative based here in Atlanta, Georgia. The Multi-Unit Group is a national network of UniPro broadline foodservice distributors focused on servicing chain operators. Customers include Honey Baked Ham, Charley’s Philly Steaks, Hooter’s, Boston Market, and Sweetgreen. Competitors to The Multi-Unit Group are Sysco, US Foodservice, PFG, and any other national broadline distribution group.
