Kathryn Rookes has been practicing franchise law for the past 20 years and is one of very few franchise attorneys in the United States with experience in a government regulatory agency, private practice, and as in-house counsel. She is currently a partner with FSB FisherBroyles, LLP, the Next Generation Law Firm^TM.  Her in-house experience included practicing as in-house counsel for 11 years with two multi-brand franchisors, representing 13 different brands.
