Tim Goodman
Vice-President of Franchise Administration for FOCUS Brands

Tim Goodman is the Vice President of Franchise Administration for FOCUS Brands. With almost 25 years of franchising expertise, Tim is responsible for the administration of all domestic and international application processing, contracts and compliance for the Atlanta-based company. As recognition of his hard work, dedication and extensive knowledge in the franchising industry, Tim is a two-time recipient of the FOCUS Brands MVP Award. Prior to joining FOCUS Brands in 2005, Tim served as Vice President of Franchise Administration with U.S. Franchise Systems, Inc. Tim previously spent 10 years with Choice Hotels International Inc.
Holding a B.A. in Speech Communications, Tim is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Dennis Eidson
Regional Developer for Honest-1 Auto Care
Dennis Eidson is the Regional Developer in metro Atlanta for Honest-1 Auto Care. Dennis also owns an Honest-1 Auto Care shop in Roswell. Dennis and Honest-1 corporate plan to open approximately 15 more stores in Atlanta over the next 10 years. Honest-1 is the nation’s only ESA certified national automotive service franchise chain with approximately 40 stores currently open across the country and 15 additional stores in development for 2014. Honest-1 prides itself on superior customer service, an honest and open approach to auto repair, protection of the environment and service to the communities where we operate. Dennis became a Regional Developer for Honest 1 in 2010 after a 25 year career in corporate America with Andersen Consulting, Ernst & Young and The Nielsen Company.
Dennis received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Auburn University and his MBA from Emory University.
David Moon
Senior Director of Franchise Operations at Zaxby’s Franchising, Inc
David Moon is the Senior Director of Franchise Operations at Zaxby’s Franchising, Inc. As the Senior Director of Franchise Operations, Mr. Moon executes and supports the company’s strategic initiatives and works at building the operational infrastructure to support the Zaxby’s franchise system. Mr. Moon started with the company in March of 2002 as a restaurant inspector and has worked his way up through all positions within the Operations Department. He was previously a Sr. Consultant 2005-2011 before becoming the Director of Operations. Overall, Mr. Moon has worked for Zaxby’s for 11 years and has been instrumental in several strategic initiatives at the company such as improving the systems drive-thru speed of service times, decreasing controllable costs for the franchise system, and maintaining the Zaxby’s standards & procedures for the franchise system.
